Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue via WhatsApp or email.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
Refunds & Replacements
Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method (e.g. M-Pesa).
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
